so there it is, my first 3d design, a yukkie power sword full of mistakes, but i learned allot lately and i still am. i realy hope i can turn 3d modeling/animation in my real profesion someday.
next up i'll make a power armor from the warhammer 40k space marines armory, tho i'm also practacing modeling faces which is allot harder. anyway stuff i have planned to make in the long run:
a movie like monty oum which is about the Emperor VS Horus from the warhammer 40k universe. (you can find info on this on wiki
A NEKO GIRL!!! fuck yea, my own 3d neko girl, who woulnt want one, is gonna be one bad kitty to with verry little clothes on and atlethic and she's gonna... oh sorry about that, was drifting off.
Primarch Sanguinius of the blood angels (this is like the Warhammer 40k Sephiroth for the otaku's lol) and yes he has wings.
but i do have to be carefull, i know i can make stuff verry detailed and pretty in 3ds max and photoshop, but if i keep making it to detailed i'll never get started on animation so i'll have to speed things up and drop a few details, but as long as i know how to make it perfect then thats all that counts i gues.

saw your comment on monty oums page. Cant wait to see what sort of animations you come up with
autodesk (company that owes 3dsmax) and all the others dont realy care much if regular people get a copy, becouse it takes a shitload of time to actualy get skillfull with them, and you cant create a game by yourself becouse it would take decades, but a movie like monty made is defonatly posible, takes long but as u heard monty say, 2-3 months for one (concidering his years of expierience) you could make a movie in 6 ich months after gathering the basic skills, but that depends on you, how much time u put into it etc. and clearly big companies cant afford to get copies b/c they'll get sued big time if they would get caught so they make most of there money from them.
either way its up to you, like i said i can give u links and nice places to start with, even if you have 0 skills there are tutorials that start at the absolute start for newbies. but like monty said, u need to dedicate your life to it (i presume do 3D creation atleast 4ich hours a day)
dag belgje! :'D
